Good Bots Terms

1. What you're buying

• Your AI, Set Up for You, $299 one-time: 3 personalized ready-to-use AI solutions.
• Get Your Time Back, $599 one-time: 5 personalized ready-to-use AI solutions, plus deeper setup and supported connections.

You start by answering questions in an online form. We use your answers to build the setup, then walk you through how to use it.

The price covers the setup in your package. It is paid in full at checkout. Anything beyond your package is agreed and priced separately before it starts.

We deliver your setup within 7 days after you complete the intake form.

If you ask before setup starts, you get a full refund. Once your solutions are delivered, there are no refunds.

2. App subscriptions are billed by those apps

The AI apps and other tools we set up run on accounts in your name, under their own providers' terms. If any of them charge a fee, that provider bills you directly. Those fees are not part of the Good Bots price. We are not responsible for those services' outages, changes, pricing or any loss of data on their side.

3. Your accounts stay yours

Your accounts, data and existing software stay yours. Any new account we help set up for you is opened in your name.

4. How account access works

• We ask for access only when the setup needs it. We tell you what we need and why, and you decide what to share.
• Where an app lets you invite us or approve a connection, we use that instead of a password.
• If a password is needed, we send you a secure, expiring link. Never send a password by email, text or the intake form.
• We use access only for the setup you asked for. We will not send messages, make purchases, move money or change payment details for you, and we will not use, sell or share your data for anything else.
• We never ask for bank, card, tax, or health portal logins. Don't send them.
• You can remove our access at any time. If that stops the setup, the setup waits until access is back, and the price does not change.
• Each side keeps its own logins secure. If either of us learns someone got into your accounts through access set up for this work, we tell the other promptly.

5. How access ends

When the setup is done, or sooner if you ask, we:

• remove any access you gave us and close any connection we opened, where the app lets us,
• ask you to change any password you shared with us, and
• delete copies of your information we hold, other than these terms and payment records.

Some apps keep a sign-in active until it is signed out, so please change any password you shared and sign out other devices in that app when we finish.

6. Who owns what we build

GBG keeps ownership of everything it creates in the setup, including its instructions, prompts and methods, and may reuse and adapt them for others. Once your package is paid, you get a license to use what we build for your own personal or business use. You may not sell, license, share or transfer it. Your own data, accounts and existing software stay yours.

7. The AI can be wrong

The AI makes drafts, summaries and suggestions. They can be wrong. Review them before you rely on them or send them. You are responsible for what you send and decide.

8. Not legal, financial, medical or tax advice

We set up tools. We do not give legal, financial, medical or tax advice.

9. Privacy

We keep your information private and use it only to set up your package. We don't share it with anyone outside the work without your permission. This continues after the work ends.

10. Limit on liability

We do the setup with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your package. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Independent contractor

GBG does this work as an independent business, not as your employee, partner or agent.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. They are the whole agreement on your package. We may update these terms for future purchases. The version you accepted at checkout applies to your purchase.
